Einav was professional and polite. In addition she was very knowledgeable in regard to what the project would entail and the steps it would take to complete. It is so hard to find a Company that you can trust to complete such a job! When Einev told me that she would return to my home the day ACP arrived for the “tear off” I knew that I had finally found the Company I could trust! No other Companies Sales Consultant said anything about being there while the work was happening! Einav kept me in the loop of each phase of the process. As soon as Einav received the initial permit approval,Einav asked my permission to start the tear off on a Monday morning. The ACP team arrived early that morning and worked all day to replace boards, fascia, Impact Skylight and the paper. They completed the first phase in one day and then it was time for inspection. The inspection was that Wednesday and her team arrived directly after the approval the same day and completed my roof project. Seriously!! That’s is correct. My entire roof project was completed in 3 days!! I was amazed!
